Bluetooth sound quality issue

Hello...

When I hook my z3 upto my in car Bluetooth for audio it sounds awful. Very much like a tin can and static.

It does not do this when I hook thenphone up to my Bluetooth portable speaker.

Other phones work fine with the car. Any suggestions ? Could Throw be ccausing an issue?

Car is a 2015 Subaru impress...

Do you experience the same static issue while on safe mode?
