    <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed when I start Google Play it comes up with this error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error while retrieving information from server [DF-DFERH-01]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried everything I could think of, uninstall updates, clear cache and data, but it always returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only have one gmail account linked to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been happening for several weeks. If I need to visit "My Apps" I have to use Settings&amp;gt;apps to delete the cache, data and updates for Google Play. That allows me to access "My Apps" but the error appears when I try to do a search or any other action. After the app updates, the arror appears blocking any action. I can only install apps using a browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can Sony give me some advice. I want to avoid factory default etc,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
