      <title>Dissapeared videos &amp; Mp3 files</title>

      <description>Today dissapeared videos &amp;amp; Mp3 files in Video and Music App, files are available only via File Commander and Downloads, - no music- no content available and the same is in Video App -no items, empty folders.&lt;BR /&gt;I've been using Lolipop for 2 moths, not any other problem have detected yet.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas to solve it?&lt;BR /&gt;Have restarted 2 times- Not work</description>

      <description>The same while connected to the PC, yes i can see them on the PC . Can't understand what's wrong?! Something like not synchronising storage video &amp;amp; audio data with it's apps</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the cache and data for those affected apps via Settings then Apps and swipe to All then locate and open said apps and clear the mentioned items then reboot and test&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you could clear data for the Media Storage application. This will make the phone rescan all the media files in your phone and hopefully they will show up again. You can find Media Storage via Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; The tab "All" &amp;gt; Media Storage &amp;gt; Clear data. When this is done, restart the phone and the media files will be rescanned automatically.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note that, if you have a lot of media files it can take a longer time before they appear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Unfortunately doesn't work, now even album App says- There are no items in your collection...       <description>Hi all, yesterday i re- updated the device with PCC, everything seemed to be OK, all media files were available to open in its apps, Music,Album,Video, but today after auto app update the same problem returned, Walkman renamed to Music app and there are no files again...&lt;BR /&gt;May be i should wait for some next updates??</description>

      <description>I think so, I suspect Call Recorder App, but removing it,clearing data in apps and restarting the phone doesn't bring any results, even in safe mode boot</description>
