Backup problem with Pc Companion

Hi.

I wanna backup data of my experia u, but pc companion tell me I have to disconect my memory card before start the backup.
But experia U doesen't have memory card!

What's the problem?

Xperia U can be backed up,however I do not understand why it won't let you.

here i cant click on "next" button, it is grey, because the software say me i have to disconect the memory card.

Try to change USB connection mode to MTP.

It is already on MTP. "Only MTP for internal memory"

I preferer old style backup. I want upload online my data.
