Hi

I'm having such voice issue when driving/moving: every time when phone is doing handover from one cell to another the voice is shreded for about 10 seconds. Within this period I can't unerstand the person who I'm talking to and this person can't understand me. After 10 seconds voice becomes normal again.

As I mentioned it happens only during handover. It doesn't matter if it is 2G->2G, 2G->3G, 3G->2G or 3G->3G handover.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you considered that the SIM might be faulty? Is it a regular micro SIM or a trimmed one?

It's a regular micro SIM taken from a network operator. The SIM is not faulty for sure. It works fine with another device.

Hi

The problem has gone since the device was booted in safe mode :-). Thanks a lot for your advice!

It means that some application must be a culprit.

Any idea how to detect which one is guilty?

BR
