&lt;P&gt;Watchdog or not each case is handled on an individual basis - If there are signs of misuse then warranty will be void, if you think this is a mistake then you will need to prove as such via an&amp;nbsp;independent engineers report&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Woke up the other morning and my screen had a crack on it &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt; sent it off for repair under warranty&amp;nbsp;Sony replied with We have a quotation for you £123 to fix my screen surely they have to fix it.They were on watchdog for this issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No way have i cracked the screen i used my phone 4/5 times a day kept it safe.i noticed the crack next morning and messages sony who said send it of to us which i did.then i get told i need to pay xxxx amount to get it fixed total joke considering the amount of complaints about this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not saying you did or did not damage your phone but what I am saying is that you may need to ask for a deadlock letter which will then allow you to seek a 2nd opinion from an&amp;nbsp;independent engineer and if this is found in your favour then you can use this to seek redress or take it to a small claims court who will most likely find in your favour and I am speaking from experience as a UK resident who took Carphone warehouse down the same path and won&lt;/P&gt;</description>
