2. Use a Pc to copy files to your card or your file manager should work if no use my 1st suggestion

3. Yes it does

kitkat problems

I experienced a problem from the day I bought this phone
I can't write anything on my memory card.. I can't make any folder in my sd card using any file manager except for the default one. I can't edit any pdf file while they are in the sd card i.e.files in the card are behaving like read only. But other phones e.g.htc, motorola having kitkat 4.4.2 or 4.4.4 don't have this issue.
Whenever I'm putting otg pendrive inside the usb port there is no response and after few moments it's showing "usb device sage to remove "
After the upgradation there's the 'mobile data disabled ' problem coming all the time.
What's wrong with my device?

That's an android restriction, you need to use a file commander not a file manager, as for pdf files, download other apps, perhaps officie suite pro
