Remote play errors

I'm afraid some errors are coming up when I am attempting to use remote play with the PS4. Some include 880108a6, 88001042, and 8801e13d. If there is any info, please reply! Thanks!

Is your phone rooted?

any superuser apps?

have you unlocked the bootloader?

It'll be a "no" for all three. I've only had my phone for a couple weeks.

Z2. I was trying away from home. The errors occurred shortly after the phone began to look for the system over the Internet.

There are two, and both give me errors. One is specified for mobile usage, and the other is for everything else. The specifically mobile gives me the error 8801e13d, the everything else gives me the error 880108a6.
