Hey guys! I recently purchased a Z3 about a week ago. However, today, i discovered that the back panels make a clicking sound when pressed at the bottom left(screen facing user). I dont know what happened to my phone as its less than a week with me, didnt suffer any falls or hard impact. Any suggestions to what happened? and do I need to replace the phone? Thanks

If it really annoys you, as it probably would me, as you have had it for a very short time i would take it into your place of purchase & let them see it....alternatively you could contact your local Xperia Care Centre & have a chat with them

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

I have the same thing, it really annoyed me but i think its not s problem but part of the double tap to take a photo function. This function works only on the "portrait retouch"and normally when i double tap the clicking place it takes the photo without me pushing it hard.

My only problem is that in the clicking place there is a white circle on screen. This was from the start when i purchased this phone but realized after 1 week.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ypm8eeu4ezliccm/DSC_0092.JPG?dl=0

https://www.dropbox.com/s/xsh2vi7ucro2aww/DSC_0093.JPG?dl=0

https://www.dropbox.com/s/6t33pbl5n0aakvo/DSC_0094.JPG?dl=0

https://www.dropbox.com/s/sy62nsx319ybyju/DSC_0095.JPG?dl=0

https://www.dropbox.com/s/kqjg5xaz5p62joc/DSC_0096.JPG?dl=0

Idk what can be the problem but when i made a screen shot and zoomed in then its not there so it isn't the screen. But idk

You see there is a lighter part on the left side. That circle or something.

Btw i removed the screen protector but it isnt the problem.

Return it, an internal part is pressing slightly against screen and possibly causing the issue with back panel.
