hotspot issues

Hey I'm looking for some answers. I have a Mac, I can connect to my Xperia using it's hotspot, but that's where it ends. There is no transfer of data, no Web page will open on the laptop. I'm sure it use to work. I've done searches, tried going through settings on both mobile device and laptop with no help. Anyone able to help me?

You need to install Sony Bridge

If you want to access the SD card on your phone through a Mac

2 Xperia connectivity
3 USB connectivity
4 USB connection mode
5 MSC
6 Ok

Thank you for the replies but none of these are my issue. I am unable to access internet using hotspot on my laptop. I have Bridge, I can transfer data to and from phone to laptop using bridge no problem. It's internet that I have issues with

I'm also having the same problem, hotspot no longer works. I've tried playing around with the apn settings but to no avail.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you in Australia? Telstra? It was the app settings for my fix

Yes it was hotspot, I have it sorted now. The were a lot of people with same problem

You will have to call your service provider, it is their songs you will need to get to make it work.
