&lt;P&gt;When you make a factory reset, it can take some days before you receive the update for the Walkman application e.g. Just use the phone normally and this update will appear soon again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;But if you still experience touch problem after a factory reset, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician since it may be related to a hardware issue.
