    <description>&lt;P&gt;No but it will delete saved settings which is normally the issue with things like this then after a reboot and re-open of said apps they will then update themselves with the thumbnail info&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;U&gt;Sorry for my bad English.&lt;/U&gt; I own Xperia Z1 1 year . Now I need help from somebody . First issue is : I cant remove some music from my phone , some songs are "broken" when I play "broken" song it start , first 10 seconds its okay but then it switch to another song but its still playing same song &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/067.png" alt="Nauseated_Face" title="Nauseated_Face" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;..after maybe 5 seconds song i played turn back but its end of that song ..Next issue is with my photo album , some pictures looks normal but when I click on them to see them they turn to grey&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/063.png" alt="Thinking_Face" title="Thinking_Face" /&gt; .Third issue is with videos from my video album . When I try to watch them it says "Video is not able to play. Invalid URL adress.". So can anybody help me please? Thanks for&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;answer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ok So open Settings then App then swipe to All then locate and open Album then tap on Force stop then Clear cache and Clear data and do the same for Walkman and Movies then perform a restart of your device and test&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Were these photo's on an SD card as it could be your card that caused the issue as in been corrupt, It could also be that some of the images were edited and saved as black and white using the Albums photo editor software&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be either of the above but if images are turning black and white and some are corrupted then it's more a mixture of the two - Does or has anyone else had access to your phone to play with the Albums photo editor&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Save what you can and look into a program which can test your card for faulty sectors which will cause this type of issue - I like to use&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.heise.de/ct/Redaktion/bo/downloads/h2testw_1.4.zip" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;h2testw&lt;/A&gt; which will also test for fake cards which is another cause of faulty or corrupt data on cards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
