Notification bar does not scroll down

Please help!! Two days ago the notification bar of my Xperia M2 stopped working, I can see the notifications on the top of the screen but I can't scroll the bar down!

Does anyone knows what can I do? I have restarted the phone so many times. I don't know what to do.

Hi,

Could you boot the phone into safe mode to see if same thing occurs?

Use 2 fingers instead of 1.
