Hi.i want to use android 4.4.2 on my xperia z2.

1.now i want to know flashing roms are god or not?

2.do you suggest or no?

3.does it need to calibrate battery after flashing new rom?

Upgrading or downgrading depends on you the user

That's your choice and if you think it fits your needs

Sometimes it can take a a little time to settle down

sonymobile should allow us to downgrading and updating faster like flashtool.

at last do you think it is necessary to calibrate battery?

No need to calibrate unless your phone is giving false readings or shutting down
