Error during call

I have facing problem during calling session.. When I have dialled a call from my xperia c. Screen is automatically turned off. I couldn't disconnect phone because screen is turned off.

Can you first check if the same occurs in safe mode?

If you experience the same while on safe mode, it'll be wise to repair your phone with PCC

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you using a case or screen protector? if so they may be to close or covering the Proximity sensor which would cause the screen to stay black whilst on a call.
