hearing echo when called

Hello,

when i recieve calls and talk into the mic i will hear myself trough the speaker with a short delay, which is really annoying.

my device is only 2 weeks old, i dont use a case and i have no idea what's causing this

any suggestions?

Either microphone noise suppression is enabled or slow talk. Check for these in call settings.

so basically extra functions make the phone worse? and to have a normal user experience you have to turn them off? how does that make sense

Microphone noise suppression (from what I know) has no reason to be enabled if the environment isn't loud.

Does this happen with every number or only a selected few - I have this type of thing happen with one person and then with others if they put me on speaker

it doesn't happen with every number, but im not sure if it happens at random or only for certain numbers

For me it's only a certain number so the issue is on their side not mine and sometime as I said if I am placed on loud speaker
