How to setup different operators search modes

How to change search mode in network operators to manula. I change it to manual but it stay on automatic.

Any suggestion what to do?

I choose manual but it after that stay on automatic..

Do you not need Roaming turned on for the manual method to stay manual otherwise it will resort to SIM default but Roaming costs more - Can't be sure but I do think this is the way it works
