Hi,

By the information that you have provided it does not sound like a problem.
There is a difference between heating and overheating. It's completely normal that the phone gets hotter while it's in use and depending on your configuration/apps that are active in the background, the phone may get hotter than normal. This may also occur when you charge the phone.

but it goes to around 50 C in temperature and around 65% RAM is always in use. why is it using so much RAM even when no app is being used. Are there so many background processes?.What happens if I run a heavy game like aspalt 8 . Will it run in 45% RAM??

They better get things in order or otherwise they are going to to loose whatever little hold over the market they have. I mean faulty products... overpriced too!!!!

I went against all the negative comments which I came across while reading user reviews. I couldn't get my head to think straight and really was wondering that not every set could have the same issue but really feeling bad abt this now. Loyalty to brand is not everything.
