    <description>&lt;P&gt;just yesterday the upper part of the phone touch stopped ! and it went from up to bottom idk how now the whole phone went crazy ?? the upper touch wont work and the lower part touching it self i cant even open the phone with the pattern ....... i tried restarting many times , removed my protictive film but still the same &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; ..... oh and the phone had a self crack idk how the **bleep** did it get it it is a small crack you can see it with your eye but cant feel it with your hand shaped like letter v from the middle of the screen on the left to the edges of the right part ...........it in from the screen , damadged ,or the phone just went crazy ??????????.........some one help me before i go crazy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;&lt;A id="link_20" class="lia-link-navigation lia-page-link lia-user-name-link" href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/378229" target="_self"&gt;Phy&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;says, this has to do with the damage on your phones display and you need to contact your local support team or a service location for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I see that you sent your local support team an email today. Please allow them some time to respond.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case you want to make a backup of your phone you can connect a computer mouse to thye phone using an USB OTG cable and unlock the screen.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I took the liberty of changing the topic to describe the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as you can see the phones display you can connect a mouse to the phone using an OTG-cable. You can then unlock the phones display using the mouse instead or the touchscreen which is not working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes, the service location needs to replace the display if it's broken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
