when i am in roaming, unable to send the sms ...

my mobile model: Z1 compact

sim type: nano sim => converted to micro sim with help of using micro sim adaptor

i can able to send the text sms in my home town.

But I cant able to send the text sms when i am in roaming. it shows "Could not send"

Is there any reason why you are using Roaming? you should only use this function if you are abroad over seas?

I am from india. I am belongs to Tamil Nadu state. but now i am currently working in Karnataka state.

If i am in Tamil Nadu(this is not roaming for me, because sim belongs to Tamil nadu), i can able to send the text sms.

If i am in Karnataka(this state is roaming for me),i can't able to send the text sms.

From my experience, you need to switch to roaming by informing your communication provider. There's an option in settings to switch on roaming on your phone if it is not upgraded to Android Kitkat yet. You need to contact your carrier or communication provider then.
