Quick Setting in Lock Screen

I got Z3 Compact with Android 5.0

I find that Quick Setting is also available in Lock Screen. That will be too easy accidentially adjusted the Quick Setting even in the Lock Screen. How can I disable the Quick Setting mode in the Lock Screen?

I am sorry but I don't think you can,it is the default option. Some settings are even available in lock screen. Please see this:

i think this can be solved easly by the software. when the phone in pocket light level is low and also the proximity sensor measures very small distances (like when calling), so the phone can decide there is something wrong and can realise that it is in either in pocket or in a bag. so it finaly decide to stay off.
