Hi can you help with the problems I'm having whilst using my Sony z 3.
When I take photos and videos using the full 20.7mp camera and record video using 4k video I'm unable to view the recordings afterwards, I have a 128gig memory card installed so there's plenty if memory but when I try to view the high resolution videos and photos a message comes up on screen (cannot play video) or the photos are Un viewable. Can you help with this problem please also when I play some apps games and go to full screen the viewing is too zoomed in and I can't press certain links on the edges as they are too far off the screen, please help me with this also

I suspect the card might be either fake or simply has bad sectors.
