I think you have used the 30 day trial code then at which point you need to buy the full unlock code

Hi, I'm the proud owner of a Z3 from T-Mobile in the US. I used to have no problem in my trips to other countrys, the phone was unlocked using the app that comes with the phone to unlock it, but now suddenly it's locked again and I dont get the PIN question when I put other chip. I checked in the sim lock menu and the network field shows unlimited and i have the unlock pin. It's there any way to force the PIN box to show up so i can unlock my phone again?

No Thommo, thx for the answer so fast but I bought a permanent unlock code, the problem it's that i dont get the screen where you type the pin, normally when you put a new sim on a xperia a screen shows up, asking for a pin to unlock the phone, but this time the phone just startup without giving me the option to unlock.
