Connect your phone to a wall charger, press and hold power and volume up for 10 seconds, let it charge for two to three hours.

Did you try uliwoolys suggestion? Does the phone power on correctly now?

sajeedazeem2707, If connecting your phone to a wall charger, pressing and holding power and volume up for 10 seconds & letting it charge for a few hours hasn't helped you could then try running a software repair with PC Companion or Bridge for Mac as that is also likely to resolve the issue. NOTE: A software repair will delete all user data, as if you can't power the phone on unlock the screen data cannot be backed up.

PC Companion (please ensure phone is powered off and not connected until you are advised to)

1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

2. Phone Software Update.

3. Start.

4. Repair Phone

5. Continue

6. Accept data removal

7. Next

8. Wait for prepare

9. Select Phone

10. Follow the connection steps

Bridge for Mac (please ensure phone is powered off and not connected until you are advised to)

1. Open Sony Bridge for Mac and ensure the screen is maximised.

2. Select ‘Xperia’ at the top left of your screen

3. Select Repair Xperia Device.
