I purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 few weeks ago and noticed a strange thing. My headphones Beats Solo HD play at less than full capacity. On my last phone, the iPhone 5С and 4S, they played much louder. Very often there is a notice that loud sound can harm hearing. After the volume increases above 60-70% no result can not be heard. How to remove the restriction? I love listening to music loud, and I do not need it. I do not want root access to change only one volume. Everything else works fine.

Sounds like no pun intended like you were warned about the damage to ears with high volume and you accepted it so the only thin I can think of is a App preferences reset - Settings tap the 3 dots then Reset app preferences which will reset all apps then you need to reboot and test

This a bit annoying I agree, happens to me also what worse is sometimes it's not the earphone/headphone I'm using but external speakers and that warning will pop up and volume will decrease, give us an option instead of automatically lowering the volume. I've been encountering a lot of problems and annoyances with this phone lately.
