I am having trouble with the audio on my sony tipo. When I make a call I cannot hear some parts of the call, sometimes I don't even hear the phone ringing. I even tried using earphones but I face the same problem. Randomly the sound just goes mute.

I have rebooted my phone and even changed the OS but the problem persists.

Please help!

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I'm not sure what you mean, could you please elaborate? Do you mean that there are no sound in the earspeaker and not even in the loudspeaker (when the phone rings)? And neither when you connect a headset to your phone, there are no sound? What do you mean by "changed the OS"?
