Microphone won't work

I have done a factory reset on my phone as when I call anyone I can hear them but they can't hear me. However I can still send WhatsApp voicenotes and they can hear me then. I have just run a diagnostic on my phone which has shown the microphone to not be working.

How can I fix my phone without connecting to a pc as I don't have one.

Repair your phone with PCC, also, making calls on the regular phone app or third party apps?

If PCC doesn't work then contact your local Xperia Care as it could be a hardware issue.
