Distorted bluetooth audio for voice calls.

first sorry for my English, I'm Italian.

I'm trying to get them to take some e4 dual to my company.
They are perfect for us but I found an annoying problem:
the sound of the phone call that the phone sends the bluetooth is too pre-amplified and distorted even at low volume.
I tried with professional headsets Jabra brand and Parrot and the problem is the phone.
With some products is more pronounced than others but there is always.
The build is 24.0.B.3.8
The phone audio is perfect with audio media the problem is just phone calls.

Do you suggest any solution?
