Sony XPERIA Z2 boot loop

Hi,

My namy is Sany, this is my first post on this forum.

Sadfully i subscrise here because my phone cant start.

I accepted to do an update with the phone some days ago (i cant tell which one... i dont remember and i dont have way to know it).

Today the phone just restarted but the unlock screen never appeared, actually the phone boot and then a screen "SFR" appear (which is the french operator name) and restard again.

I tried to repair the phone with PC Companion 2 but the software dont recognize the phone, it s blocked at step 2 ( but i can see SOMC flash device in the device manager).

Do you have a fix for that ?

Charge the phone for 1 hour > remove both the SIM and SD cards > repair the phone with PCC

Thank you for your answer, sadfully i already tried, the phone is charged at 100% without SD and SIM card.

Is it possible that the issue is on the hardware?

No problem. It's possible contact Xperia support they can advise you better
