z3 compact - great phone - possibly one of the best I have ever had (but only for about 2 months!)

I now have a very expensive door stop as my screen, along with many others, has a full width horizontal crack across the front which, unlike most other smart phones, renders the phone unusable as the touch screen only works on the bottom half of the screen below the crack. The phone has never been dropped, mis-treated or abused. It just 'cracked' one day!

Sony seem to be ignoring this design flaw, despite it being talked about a lot online.

https://www.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=z3%20screen%20cracking

They have flat refused to repair or replace the phone so back to Samsuung I guess! Shame as I always used to get Sony kit, then stopped until the z3 arrived so though I would give them a try again.
