My Xperia screen went black about an hour ago and now has started vibrating continually for the past twenty minutes. Help please!!

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours then repair your phone with PCC

After 3 hours > run PCC on your computer > follow the steps to update your phone > then connect the phone as indicated.

Aww okay will that just appear when I plug it into a computer? Don't think my phone has ever been connected to the laptop before

Under the back cover is an Off button - Have you also tried that?

Phone is not coming on at all or recognising that it is plugged into a charger as the bar at the bottom is not lit up. Any tips to help it come on?

Had problems with it at the weekend where it wasn't coming on but however it was registering when the charger was connected.

Yeah I tried them all, the only one that worked the last time was the off button under the cover

Even charging the phone for 2-3 hours?

if nothing work then you have to contact your local Xperia care
