    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest performing a phone repair first via PC Companion or Mac Bridge, may be it's a software issue. You need to back up your data first as it will wipe your internal memory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open PC companion -&amp;gt; Support zone -&amp;gt; Phone/tablet software update -&amp;gt; Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Xperia Z2 screen issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cellphone is currently showing me no image, but the touch works. The issue started on saturday( i didn't drop the phone or got it into water or anything other than the usual use)&amp;nbsp; i went to lockout the screen and i didnt see any image after a few seconds the screen started showing image no issues. but today when i woke up i went to check the cellphone and the screen didnt show image at all no matther how much time has pass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do i need to look for a replacement or should i take it to a tech if is something with the flex? the model is D6503&lt;/P&gt;</description>
