      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;I have a&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;Xperia&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;Z3&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;compact&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;since October&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;2014 and&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;I&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;am very happy with&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;this phone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;my problem is that&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;my phone&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;is not charging&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;-&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;With&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;docking station&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;DK48&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;-&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;With the charger&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;-&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;The&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;cable&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;directly&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;into a USB port&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;but the&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;mobile&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;is loaded with&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;a different USB&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;cable&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;directly&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;into a USB port&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;the problem &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;seems&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;to come from the&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;cable&lt;/SPAN&gt;, someone know this &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;problem&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;How long&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;to receive&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;a new cable from Sony?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;Note:&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;I normally use&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;the&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;docking station&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;DK48&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;thank you&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;for your help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;Franck&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The docking station will not work with regards to charging your device when plugged into a USB port on a Pc as it needs to be and will only work when connected to a mains socket&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then it's possible that your power output from your USB ports are giving enough power or your cable is fault and worst case is your phone's USB port is faulty - You would need to test the 1st factors and if you have no results then you need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
