Headphone Jack Broken?

Hi There,

I recently tried to plug in my headphones, but found that they wouldn't go in properly.

Upon further inspection, it seems as though something is blocking the headphones from plugging in all the way. I assume the internal waterproof cover has come loose and is now blocking the headphones from going in? Any suggestions? Anyone else experience this problem?

Try getting a flashlight and look inside, or just contact sony
