Hello,

My phone X Peria Z3 Compact can not open the application "Phone" or "Contacts". What prevents me from calling anyone but I can however receive calls and respond.

Whenever I try to open the application "Phone" or "Contacts", the application will not open and still the same appears: "The application" Contacts "has unfortunately stopped. "

Itried to clear the cache of the application by the settings or press simultaneously on the "Volume Up" button and the "Power off" at the same time but the problem was not resolved.

How can I solve this problem? thank you

Settings-apps-all,scroll down to phone and contacts, force stop and clear data.Restart. You could backup your contacts first.
