Reboot Loop After Update lollipop

HI All,

I just updated to lollipop and it keep on rebooting now. It reboots->Says Optimizing app 1 of 2->reboot again.

Tried updating via Sony Companion software but it says no software for your device.

Tried without SDcard and SIM , Same behaviour.

How do I fix this ? Do I have to factory reset the phone ? I tried to get the factory reset menu but no combination works. power button Vol + p or -

Apprecioate any suggestion to get the phonne back.

Called sony support also , was on hold for one hour but nobody picked up.

You will have to use PCC w/o the SIM and SD cards, if that doesn't work then you will have to contact your local Xperia Care
