Hi,

Can anyone help me in escalating long pending case raised in India to Sony USA or somewhere? I did all my trick to get the support, but nothing is moving. The ticket was raised on 12th Jan 2015.

They keep repeating same thing again and again but there is no solution. Every time new person calls up, promised for the action and hangs up. Then I had to do a follow up after 10 - 15 days, they arrange a call back and new person promise same thing. This has happend at least 4 times but no result yet. All this while my phone is still with them.

Hi and welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear that you have issues with your phone

As service and warranty is handled at a local level you need to contact your local support team regarding this. But from what i can see here, they have already escalated your case internally but the issue is that the damages on your phone are not covered by warranty and the cost of repairing it would exceed the cost of a new phone. Therefor they have offered you a new phone at a reduced price instead. If you still want to have the phone repaired even though it costs more than a new phone i can only recommend that you contact your local support team again to see if that's possible.
