Will not send MMS to certian numbers. I can still recieve from those numbers.

back up on PC says it will take anything from 1000hrs to 560hrs!!

some App pictures are blank (no broken mountian logo)

Hi jab55, welcome to the community!

Have you downloaded internet and MMS settings? If you have & that didn't help then you could run a software repair on your handset for the MMS issue. I advise un-installing and re-installing PC Companion also before doing the back up as that should resolve the issue with the back up time.

For the issue with the blank photo's, which app are you using to view them? You could clear the data for the app by going into Settings > Apps > All > scroll down to e.g. Photo's/Album > tap the app > tap Clear data - see if that helps & keep us updated

I have run the internet and MMs setting already.

I cant seem to back up my device...its taking for ever..and i mean 1000hrs plus it says at time on the sony PC companion.

Its not blank photos, its blank apps...no image appears on certian apps on my screen.

Oh I see, the software repair is likely to resolve the issue with the blank icons. Did you un-install and re-install PC Companion?
