&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Have you downloaded internet and MMS settings? If you have &amp;amp; that didn't help then you could run a software repair on your handset for the MMS issue. I advise un-installing and re-installing PC Companion also before doing the back up as that should resolve the issue with the back up time. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;For the issue with the &amp;nbsp;blank photo's, which app are you using to view them? You could clear the data for the app by going into Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; scroll down to e.g. Photo's/Album &amp;gt; tap the app &amp;gt; tap Clear data - see if that helps &amp;amp; keep us updated &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Will not send MMS to certian numbers. I can still recieve from those numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;back up on PC says it will take anything from 1000hrs to 560hrs!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some App pictures are blank (no broken mountian logo)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have run the internet and MMs setting already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant seem to back up my device...its taking for ever..and i mean 1000hrs plus it says at time on the sony PC companion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its not blank photos, its blank apps...no image appears on certian apps on my screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for the fast reply!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
