Lollipop Issue on Xperia Z Ultra: Audio and Bluetooth

Hello, I'd like to report some bug on Lollipop build for Xperia Z Ultra (or maybe others too):

1. The SPeaker Sound is very little, no XLoud to compensate.

2. With Bluetooth Headset (SBH20 specifically) and video playing in small App (with Media Viewer Small App on Play Store) the audio on the headset got stuttery when the small app is minimized. to fix it is very easy, just press back once the small app is minimized or changing the activities. The situation is not happening if i just snap the headphone to headphone jack on the phone itself, only with Bluetooth headset does this occured. I know it's extremely minor but please fix where possible.

Please inpect for future Lollipop improvement. Any fix will be appreciated

are you using the walman app or other music apps?

As i wrote earlier, Media Viewer Small App. Normal Music Player app is understandably not having any issue because of normal Android Activity lifecycle. It's specifically an issue with Small App and Bluetooth.

You have to contact hansip87, the app developer, as it's up to them to address this issue not Sony.

It really is about Lollipop issue with Bluetooth because in kitkat there's no whatsoever problem. Only when bluetooth connected and my small app is running. So i assume the audio system is a bit broken there.

hi, using dis phone from last 3 months. The sound quality with and without stock headphones was awesome in kitkat but after updating to lollipop it has gone so bad.There is no bass in Walkman app,even
clearaudio doesnt seems to work. Audio quality is like using a cheaper quality headphone. Also the phone has started heating and takes too much time to restart. Sony, please fix this.

This is indeed a bug ! Same on my Z1 and what i heard on ZUltra and Z2 too... The sound enchantments are not working and volume are just too low ! i myself have mdr-xb950bt Bluetooth Headphones and i hear the difference so well... No bass, just the headphones own booster but that gets messed up since there is no actual bass on it. Sony messed something up, And now we wait for them to fix it ! i updated Walkman app to Music Beta and got Clearaudio+ working but still no acceptable bass or volume compared to what it could be ! this is the only thing i hate about lollipop. And its getting worse. My Z1 is almost out of its update cycle so im afraid sony just abandones all the bugfixing and leave us bugged out lollipop. If that happens, goodbye stock rom !

Didnt want to make new thread, Just fix this on next update ! on every device !

I updated my Xperia z1 compact yesterday and now the sound quality is terrible. To hear my media, (games, music etc..) I have to turn it up almost to the max to be able to just hear it, and it's also very quiet now when ringing, so much so I can no longer hear my phone when it is in my bag or my pocket!! Absolutely shocking!
