      <description>hello.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've recently purchased the z3+ with hi res audio bundle. However, I can't seem to download the hi res albums included in the offer. When I try to download them in the xperia lounge app it says 'connection error. Unable to connect to download server. Please check your Internet connection', despite me having both a WiFi and 4g signal. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest update to the lounge app, and have tried reseting the phone and clearing the cache, but no luck. Any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a lot,&lt;BR /&gt;James.</description>

      <description>Not sure whether I've sorted it or Sony has fixed it.&lt;BR /&gt;Unintelligible the latest update, create uour account, then update, now It works. Very large files though 60-80mb so may need to use sd card for all 6 albums if you want them.all.</description>
