I have a 64gb micro sd card in my phoen right now. Every so often some of my pictures in my album go blank. They just get this black screen with the album logo in the middle of it. I can see the photo thumbnail while in file commander, but I can open it either on my phone or computer. The file seems to be a PNG and I cant covert it to JPG or any other format because it is right protected apparently. I have also trying clearing ym dadate on my albums app. Is there a way to solve this problem or at least unprotect my images so I can convert them?

Seems strange that your photo's have protection unless you have encryption enabled or a 3rd party app which will do this, Have you tried connecting your phone to a Pc and copying the photo's to it and testing for DRM protection or converting images, The standard MS Paint can do this with some images

No I have not enabled any third party apps to do so. I have already tried putting onto my PC to convert the images but whenever I try it says I can't because the photo is encrypted. For the same reason I can't even open the file on my computer using any software. I will try testinh for DRM protection.
