    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you know how connect your phone to your Pc and check device manager to see if there is an error or corrupt driver and if there is then right click it and choose uninstall then right click and scan for new hardware&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Hello.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;i have a problem with my Original sony usb.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;my mobile is sony Xperia M. and everything was okay then one day i tried to charge my mobile and it didn't want to charge.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;i tried to connect my mobile with the usb to my combuter and it showed me this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG alt="Untitled-1.gif" title="Untitled-1.gif" border="0" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/21555i55A2C7478DD5D0DA/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;I have no idea whats wrong..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Is the problem in my phone or its in the usb cable?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also check developer options on your phone and select USB debugging either turn it on if it's off or vice versa&lt;/P&gt;</description>
