Need such app or setting

I need some app or a setting which will show me the actual sent/recived data on top of my screen just like this:

Also, ES Taskmanager says that out of 2gb Ram only 1.72gb is actually usable but in Settings/Apps its doesnt say so

So how much is true regarding this fact?

Could you elaborate?

Some of the RAM it's only accessible by the OS (android)

All computer systems have a % of RAM set aside for the running of an operating system

Ok so any evidence that if is certain % of ram is reserved for OS and doesnt show up?

As like my phone has 2gb ram but tools show only 1.72gb is available for user usage.

Any truth in this or that the tool isnt able to read the whole 2gb?

The Ram is true - The missing Ram would be used for cache or Dalvik cache and for apps to run this could be considered as memory boundaries
