Hi ! I've been using Xperia Z2 since October 2014. After using it for a month. Sometimes i had unresponsive touch screen. So severla times i had to reset the phone using the reset button located in the left side between the micor usb port & micor sim slot. I found a new way to this in your forums by using power button & volume up key. Now this thing is happening once a day.

All the time i had to reset the phone. Please help me coz this thing is bothering me so much.
