Hi about one cm of middle of my touch screen is not working. What's the reason? How can i fix it?

Not enough info to help? Is the screen clean? Do you have a screen protector on?

Boot on safe mode if that doesn't solve the problem then repair your phone with PCC

no it had a protector but i remove it . The problem exists in safe mode also.
