Not able to use 3g mode

In my new xperia E3 the network is set to GSM only mode, and i am trying to change it to WCDMA mode but it is not changing. It is automatically set back into gsm only mode again and again.. Please help

If you are trying to use the second SIM on 3G,it won't work.

I am using SIM 1 for data traffic and mode is set in gsm only.. And i am trying it to change into WCDMA.. But result is negative

This is strange,I know that second SIM can't be used on WCDMA.I am not sure,can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

Problem is still exisiting in safe mode also..

Hi, i too had the same problem, i posted it on the forum,but after a few min, i myself found the solution to this problem. Follow thes steps to change ur network:

First of all, disable ur second SIM from the dual sim setting menu

Now goto Setting>More..>Mobile networks>Preffered network type and select WCDMA. Now the network will be set to WCDMA.

Now go again to dual sim setting and enable the second SIM.

That's it.
