Phone Contact Ringtone

Hi Guys.

My Partner has an Xperia Z2 and both he and I have been trying unsucessfuly to set an mp3 as a contact ringtone (not the main ringtone but a personal one for me, him and other friends.

There is an option in contacts which I have used to set a ringtone but only the main ringtone on the phone rings out (the main ringtone I have also set an mp3 for general calls).

The Z2 is Vodafone Branded and is not on Android 4.4.4 as I am wary of updating to that even if an update is available as I have been advised XLoud is missing on Android 4.4.4.

I have tried contacting Sony by the Chat Option on the Sony Website but all they could suggest was to use pc companion to repair the software on the phone (Factory Reset does not fix the problem) and so may well end up taking the phone to a Vodafone Store and hope someone in the shop has the brains to fix the problem.

I also asked Sony about Android 5.0 Lollipop Update as to whether XLoud would be back on the Z2 with the Update and they did not have a clue.

That's odd, Xloud its gone? Could you post a screeshot if possible.
