Sony Xperia Z2 speaker issue/pathetic support from service and customer support

Hi team,

I have a Xperia z2 that plays solely loud on bottom speakers..the top speaker has utterly hopeless issue.

I reported the same to Xperia service center in Bangalore.

The wow answer is get is "Sir is a default issue with the Z2's"

O went to a local Sony store to help me aid but looks like the service centers and the Sony store are not in any good terms.

As a final resort I contacted the xperia customer care.
"Sir we repair only software issues and not hardware .I am sorry."

So I asked him about the laggy software on the Kitkat firmware n I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HECK SONY!!!!!! Excellent answer was "sir every body has a problem..you can see the forum"

I am regretting my update from Z1 to Z2

Its like u guys make **bleep** mistakes and correct in next 6 months n male a flagship.

Z1- best of Sony for the best of you
Z2- the best ever of Sony
Z3- don't settle for good demand great.

Are you guys not sure what's your best???????

I am holding a 44000 worth **bleep** phone
-Is replated twice (mic issue and white spot display)
-With laggy camera
-Outdated UI
-No stereo output
-Not to forget the MOST MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT

WELL I JUST WANTED TO MAKE MY POINT TO YOU GUYS THAT I AM GONNA DUMP THIS PHONE AWAY.

HOW CAN YOUR QUALITY GO PATHETICALLY LOW????????????
