Thanks for the reply, appreciated. However, I know that it did exist. When i got this phone in Dec 2013, i came across Ford Sync in the settings and was interested because I already had a Ford Fiesta but without Blue Tooth (very basic model). But new it was going to be usefull later this year when I upgrade my car. (It's a company car). I'm now upgraded to a new Fiesta with the connectivity gadgets, thought I'd be able to simply switch Ford Sync on, but it's not there on my phone. All I can think off is that the KitKat upgrade didn't distribute. So i was really wondering if anyone had the same issue, new what causes the problem and how to tesolve it. (Or tell me i've looked in the wrong place, but i have searched through every setting and every app on the phone). Thank you.

Hi. I recall that the Z1 had a Ford Sync feature. But i can't find it to use it. Did KitKat upgrade remove it. I'm sure it was in settings but there is no reference to it at all on the phone or online User Guide. I've just got a new Ford Fiesta and wanted to use Ford Sync. Kind Regards, Pete.
