Hi Sony Support-

My Z3C is experiecing a few issues since purchase on 12/11/14:

1) Permanently in safe mode. Have used Mac bride to 'repair', did not solve issue. Reset/wiped phone using OS, did not solve issue. Keyboard switches to chinese randomly. I think this may be linked to problem 2

2)While slipping on the case the volume key was dented, scuffed (quite surprised by how little pressue was applied and damage resulted). While the volume doens't automatically turn down I can't depress the button to turn the volume down. Perhaps this is causing safe mode to boot?

3) Headphone jack wiggle-does not recognize most 3.5mm audio cables

What a headache in using this phone. Sony:

1) please advise how to get out of safe mode (ive charged 1 hr+, i've rebooted, repaired and wiped)

2) please provide guidance on how I can use the warranty to get a working device

3) improve the build quality here! the headphone jack issue is common
